About Me
I have worked as a photojournalist with various leading English newspapers in India which include The Times of India, The Indian Express and The Daily Post.
I learnt the basics of photography from my father, late Yog Joy, a distinguished photojournalist and former Chief Photographer of The Tribune Group of newspapers, a leading English newspaper in Punjab, India. I have also completed a course in Commercial and Fashion Photography from Raghu Rai Center for Photography, Gurgaon, India.
I also like to teach photography at schools and take personalised classes for amateurs looking to learn photography via a mentorship programme.
Currently, I am freelancing as a photographer for commercial, online and print projects. I am based in Adelaide in Australia and like to click people in their natural surroundings as well as capture candid moments in life apart from projects in art and culture.
